[pt] O Carnaval de Vitória tem lugar uma semana antes o do Rio de Janeiro, o primeiro não saberia fazer concorrência ao segundo… Mas qual que for, a imaginação ao poder, a alegria, a loucura estão presentes. Este ano, não mostrarei estas imagens, talvez demasiada vistas, mas oferecerei um olhar deslocado.
Aqui, um dos discursos de lançamento do Carnaval por um dos politicos que aproveitam do acontecimento mais popular do ano para tentar se dar bem no futuro... / Fr. J.

[fr] Le Carnaval de Vitória a lieu une semaine avant celui de Rio, le premier ne saurait concurrencer le second... Mais qu’à cela ne tienne, l’imagination au pouvoir, la joie, la folie sont là. Cette année, je ne vous montrerai pas ces images-là, peut-être trop vues, mais vous offrirai un regard décalé.
