Wow: Was für ein Farbenreichtum, was für Nuancen, welch Kontrast. Und diese perfekte Komposition in horizontalen Blöcken. Aber über allem: die Korrespondenz der kleinen Lichtpunkten oben mit den vielen Farbtupfern der Kleider unten. Die Lichtpunkte erscheinen wie ein Echo der Begeisterung, welche die Masse an Menschen erfasst, einer Begeisterung, die in der Schwärze der unermesslichen Nacht verlöschen wird. Jetzt aber noch nicht: In diesem Foto wurde ihr eine Dauer gegeben.

And Uwe described it perfectly: The continuation of the people's colours in the deep black sky is what makes the difference alongside with all these lines our eyes must follow.

Florian, c'est très gentil de faire allusion à Andreas Gursky. J'imagine ce qu'aurait pu donner ce cadrage si j'avais pu disposer (et maîtriser) une chambre de très grand format ;-)

RépondreSupprimerI love the contrast of those strict, Apollonian, man made lines against the Dionysian intoxication of the Brazilian carnaval night; I love the color play and how the colors fade to black and leave the people suspended there - caught between rational construction and primal force..... just where we've always been suspended, Francis, just where we've always been suspended!
